Youth at risk have special needs and require special supports to help them thrive. In partnership with the Vancouver Native Housing Society, Broadway Youth Resource Centre, the Province of BC and the City of Vancouver, Streetohome has committed $20 million to develop eight city sites, including this 103 unit project. Thirty of the units will be dedicated to youth aged 16 to 24.

The building will also be the new home of the Broadway Youth Resource Centre. Tenants will access community-based mental and physical health care; addictions services; household management and meal preparation; money management and community living skills.
